Set on the owner’s working farm, it offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open plan living space and a further two bedrooms - a twin and a super king with an en-suite shower room. There is also a games room with a pool table on the ground floor, which is accessed via another staircase within the property. There is a separate utility area to the rear with a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is shared with the property next door. A lovely enclosed lawned garden completes the picture, and is a great place for children to play in. There is plenty to do in the area, and a visit to the market town of Brecon with its array of shops, coffee shops, museums and art galleries, offers something for everyone.
