Outside there is a gravelled garden with furniture and a firepit, as well as off road parking. Bala has a fine selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and there’s also a golf course to practice your swing and mountain bike trails for keen cyclists in your party. Alternatively, for a more leisurely pastime, take a trip on the Bala Lake Steam Railway, or spend a day exploring Barmouth or Harlech, both with superb sandy beaches.
