In this beautifully renovated holiday villa with sauna by the water you will experience the ultimate form of peace and space. The location of this property offers a lot of privacy and offers from the garden a view of the large water feature in the holiday park.
The ground floor is spacious with an open living space in which the living room, dining area and kitchen with enough cupboard space are realized. Really a home where you and your partner, family or friends can enjoy each other and a lot of fun.
Downstairs you will also find a sauna, with a separate shower and in the living room there is a wood burning stove that provides extra atmosphere during cooler periods. Wood is included in the rent.
On the top floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, sink and a second toilet.
The upper floor has just been renovated since March 2019.
The storage room has a washing machine, dryer and extra cupboard space.
Outside there is a drying mill, bike rack and you have a fantastic view from the jetty. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
