Positive: Umber House is in a perfect location to explore South Devon. It is in a lovely quiet and peaceful village. The accommodation was excellent, very modern and beautifully furnished.It was well equipped with all that we needed with the added bonus of welcome food and drink items.The garden was a little sun trap, we enjoyed being able to use the summer house in the owner's garden. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. There was off road parking too.

Summary: A 5 day break in beautiful South Devon.
