Positive: Great location friendly staff comfortable temperatures

Negative: We had a hole in the ceiling in room 6 which had obviously had a leek which hadn’t been repaired , we hadn’t seen it on arrival but saw it the following morning, the hallways to the guest accommodation needs some work , ie needs painting as the paintwork is all chipped and the carpet needs either a good clean or replacing. They also need to sort the hole in the ceiling in room 6.

Summary: Really friendly helpful staff, great location, warm , good breakfast didn’t have an evening meal as we had family in the
