Studio Two is a large and bright self-contained studio found on the first floor within the Bellavista Guesthouse right at the end of the river Leven just as it opens out on to Loch Lomond. Step outside and cross the road and you will find yourself at the water’s edge admiring the beath taking views. This is a large studio perfect for short breaks and hoping on a boat and searching for the Loch Ness Monster. The studio is bright and very comfortable and comes fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities for a short break holiday. The guesthouse itself sits within a large garden where kids are free to have a play and let off steam. There is a beautifully decorated lounge with a Smart TV which is shared with a few of the other guests who may be staying in the house. Each studio has its own shower room, a nice comfortable double, a bunk bed and a single, a great getaway for a family or a group of friends. There is plenty of room for eating and relaxing after a day on the water. Bellavista overlooks Loch Lomond Marina in the River Leven, right in the heart of Balloch, Loch Lomond. Loch Lomond is 5 mins walk away. Lomond Shores & Balloch Castle country park are 10 mins walk away. Here you will find yourself surrounded by a choice of excellent pubs, restaurants & shops. Glasgow is 30mins on the train which stops directly outside the driveway. Tourist office is across the road as well as Sweenie’s Cruises. Ideal for hiking, biking, stopovers, water sports etc.
