As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the Utility Cupboard too.
Toppesfield Hall Cottage is the perfect place to relax and offers a SMART TV, Surround Speakers, BOSE Speaker and internet access.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge too, which is a small double.
We have travel cots and high chairs available to hire if you have any little ones (these can be booked direct).
There is a Tennis & Games Court on site which is free for guests to use and plenty of outdoor space for children to play.
In late Summer/early Autumn guest can freely pick and enjoy tasty apples from our apple trees in the woodland area.
Walk into our village within 8mins where you will find a Pub, Shop, Park & Brewery too. There are lots of lovely walks around the village and public footpaths to explore.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
