Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very clean and spacious. Good kitchen for self catering. Nice fast Wifi. Liked the garden for the dog and had seating on the patio too. Plenty of parking. Bus stop right outside. Walking distance to Pettistree (Pub), and Wickham Market (Co op & cafes), and pretty Ufford (two pubs). A short drive to lovely Framlingham. Good location to A12 so we could hop in the car to visit local beaches at Aldeburgh and a little further up at Walberswick and Southwold.

Negative: The middle legs on the bed were loose and kept moving in the night (making the bed sag in the middle) so we had to move to the other room (Ok for us as we were not using both bedrooms). We have told the managers who said they will fix this. The whole apartment was very hot. The property had excellent underfloor heating, but this was not easy to control and was set to 29degrees when we arrived. It did cool down later in the week after a bit of tweaking of the controls, but the dog in particular found it hard to find a cool spot to lay in.
