Positive: It was a lovely quirky self contained unit, extremely quiet, with its own secure little garden, very private. It kept cool in the hot weather. Nice (and very interesting) decor and very clean, and Ann had laid out lots of lovely things for breakfast and nice snacks! And she was really nice and very accommodating for my slightly difficult dog! The dog treats was a lovely touch. I'll definitely come back.

Negative: For me a little freezer drawer would have been handy but that's probably not important for most people!

Summary: Excellent quiet private studio
