Positive: Superb location. Only seconds from good pubs and restaurants. Not withstanding the proximity to the town centre, it was still very peaceful being off a main road. If you want to explore the wider area without your car, the train station is only a short walk away. The accommodation and facilities were more than enough and you feel at home straight away. I did read a few reviews before going and had been a little concerned about "musty" smells and dampness. Visit was during the early autumn so thought it might be an issue. There was absolutely no musty smell or dampness anywhere. It was very nice. There was also a Cornish Cream Tea waiting for us on arrival which was very nice. Would highly recommend.
