Homeaway/Ourselves are not adding/charging any upfront damage deposits- damage would only be charged in the event of some Damages.

All mod cons provided TV/DVD/Work space for laptop, WiFi, Fridge ,Microwave(NB: NO OVEN/HOB),Kettle, Toaster/Sink.Towels& beach Towels Completely separate entrance (stairs) to rear of house, with private balcony. Room overlooks quiet private gardens , offroad /adjacent parking. Dogs allowed but the hosts should be advised (£25 Per stay)
