Positive: Really cosy very comfortable bed and lovely and quiet location great for dog walking and close to Whitby saltburn stainths and runswick bay we went to them all loads of wildlife owls sheep all around us it was fantastic

Negative: Toilet was downstairs which wouldn’t normally be a problem but my arthritis was really painful in my knee so was my husband which was more than likely because the weather was so cold.also it was quite dusty and a lot of dog hairs but once I had hoovered the sofas furniture and floor and wiped all the sides down it was fine I suffer from allergies and have to be so careful so again I didn’t mind doing this to prevent me being ill
