Positive: This place provides a beautiful base for exploring Dorset and nearby Devon. You have all you need for a wonderful stay, whatever the weather. It was clean, spacious and had all we needed to enjoy our time there...we were sad to leave! If you're looking for somewhere quiet to explore the area, fossil hunt or hit the beach, or unwind, take in some beautiful local walks and watch the stars at night, you absolutely should book this place. It's worth it and you will not regret it.

Negative: Many electrcials had not been PAT tested for a few years, we would have preferred that they had been tested in the last 12 months.

Summary: Fantastic peaceful bolt hole, 5 mins from beach
