A kitchen and breakfast room leads into a cosy sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside guests have use of the shared gardens and BBQ area and a children’s play area. There are three fishing lakes on site (permit required). Close by within 2 miles there is a shop and pub/ restaurant and the vibrant coastal resort and sandy beach of Westward Ho! just 3 miles.
