Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I stayed in Suite 11 at the Sleeping Giant, Pen y Cae Inn and was really impressed. The room was beautifully finished with a touch of luxury, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor areas were lovely to relax in, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Dining in the pub was a highlight too — the food was tasty and felt good value. Would love to try the hot tube next time.

Negative: The only small improvement would be adding a hand rail in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was spot on.

Summary: A stylish, comfortable stay that I’d be very happy to repeat.
