Moving through the home, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local located on Bootham as well as larger supermarkets located on Foss Island Road.
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Managed by a professional co-host, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

PARKING
We can offer parking for one car during your stay. This is managed with digital parking permits and will allow you to park in parking zone R30, which includes Emmerson Street, Glen Avenue, Hawthorn Street and Harcourt Street. In order to arrange this, please provide your license number at the point of booking and we will register your vehicle for parking with the council on the day of your check in.
INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
