A lovely spacious house with large garden with two patios to catch the sun throughout the day, with dining area on each and fire pit and movable bbq.Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with lounge to the front of the house . Large freestanding bath to relax in and a walk in shower in separate bathroom. parking for 3 cars. 5 mins drive from beach any many restaurants and bars. Two pubs and shops within walking distance. Liverpool centre 25 mins away, Snowdonia 1.5 hrs drive
The space
Two large double bedrooms, one with superking and other with king. Third bedroom large single with extra pull out mattress. Main bathroom has very large freestanding bath and down lights to just relax in. Downstairs has a very large open plan living area with modern kitchen, lovely dining area and a cosy lounge all looking out to the garden. There are bifold doors to open to combine indoor living/dining with outdoor living/dining. There is also a large but cosy lounge at the front of the house. There is another large bathroom with spacious walk in shower and all utility room facilities as well. The garden flows from inside living to the outside, with morning dining area patio so soak up the morning sun. The overall garden gets the sun all day and for the evening there is a second patio to dine on in the evening sun. The drive can fit 3 cars
