Purpose built with the less able in mind, step free all on one level. Main bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together (Zip & Clip) to make a super king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, there is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be used as either a single or double. there are wall mounted smart TVs ine each bedroom and in the Living room. There are, if required, a 3 wheeled rollator, bed rail assist plus child bed guard.
The bathroom has a toilet/sink/wall mirror and corner shower cubicle.
In the fully fitted kitchen you will find a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster, coffee expresso and all the pots/pans/plates/bowls/mugs and cutlery you could want. plus a dining table and chairs.
In the living room is the main TV plus Sofa and comfy chairs. plus in the cupboard drawers are all the toys/games and jigsaws for the odd rainy days. Please note that there is a cot, high chair, baby bath, potty etc available if required.
in the enclosed rear garden you will find on the patio the patio table and chairs plus clothes line. the enclosed rear garden is an ideal place for the pets to run free while you get on with something else.
there is a dedicated off road parking spot right outside the bungalow.
