The garage roof has been converted into a sun terrace with balcony which is a lovely place to sit and also dine in the summer months whilst taking in views of the beautiful riverside scenery. The property offers private parking on the garage apron for 2 vehicles. There is also some free on road parking. The property will accommodate up to 11 adults comfortably and the bedrooms comprise of four twin rooms, a kingsize en-suite room with adjoining single room. The ensuite bathroom comprises of bath with shower, WC and hand basin The kingsize and single room can be used as a family room as the two bedrooms are adjoining or as two separate rooms. In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is an addition upstairs shower room comprising of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. All bedding is provided along with a bath towel and a hand towel per guest. A hairdryer is provided. There is air conditioning. The house has been recently refurbished and features travertine flooring downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, with American fridge freezer with water / ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric oven / grill, gas hob and plenty of cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery. We supply complimentary tea, coffee & milk to get you started.
