You can also enjoy a trip to Amazonia, a unique zoo featuring more than 200 South American animals. Travel east or west along the coast to find a string of coastal towns and villages offering sandy and shingle beaches, grassy dunes, marshes and quays. You will also find yourself close enough to enjoy a trip on the famous Norfolk Broads National Park, where you can hire a boat for the day or join a tour and just watch the world float by. With lots of National Trust sites such as the Blickling Hall Estate and a Norman castle, as well as numerous museums in Norwich, history buffs will be spoilt for choice.
