As you enter our home, you will be welcomed into our cosy living room on the left. This space is ideal for a competitive game night, film marathon on our smart TV or even nestling up with a good book in our comfy reading corner!
The living room also has beautiful French doors, leading to our spacious garden. In summer this is a great space to relax on our lounge chairs or enjoy quality time with our firepit and outdoor seating - the hours will fly by as you catch up over the embers. During the winter, this is also a lovely space to enjoy a hot chocolate (and maybe a marshmallow or two!), or even just enjoy watching the leaves fall from the comfort of the living room sofas!
On the right of the home, you will find our stunning dining room. The bright and open space means this is ideal for sharing home-cooked meals and unwinding after a busy day of exploring. Through the dining area is the kitchen and open-plan additional living space. Equipped with all the cooking essentials you need for cooking a full English breakfast or tasty dinner using the goodies you found at the Rother Street farmer's market!
Upstairs, our beautifully decorated four bedrooms offer the ultimate space for relaxation and a great night sleep for up to 8 guests! Our master bedroom even offers a Juliet balcony so you can fully soak in the morning views and fresh air as you wake up. Our home also offers 3 full bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs WC too - so no fighting over the shower in the morning!
We are also just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, which offers a wide variety of activities for everyone in your party. Of course, there are the iconic Shakespeare sites but we also recommend a relaxing boat ride on the river, a trip to one of the many incredible restaurants in the area or a big shopping trip around the boutique shops! As we are only a 5 minute walk from Stratford Parkway Train Station, the home is perfect if you are coming by train or by car.
