The recently completed accommodation comprises a spacious Living area with 48" Sony Smart TV, Fully appointed Kitchen, ground floor shower-room, Master Bedroom with King-size leather bed and wall mounted flat screen TV, second bedroom with Triple sleeper and wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD, and bathroom with additional shower over bath. The property has been finished to a very high standard, with new carpets and flooring throughout, Egyptian cotton bed linen and luxurious towels included. The Kitchen comprises Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machine/dryer. Warmth is provided by gas central heating, and solar power which assists this property in in meeting high standards of environmental performance. Wallace's Rest has parking for one car in the private drive, and an elevated dining patio with views to the Touch Hills and beyond. A travel cot or highchair can be provided on request. Wallace's Rest is suitable for couples or families with no more than 2 unrelated adults.
