Lovely detached family bungalow located in Plympton, just off the A38, offers a great space with views and easy access to Dartmoor National Park, walking distance to Saltram House and Gardens (National Trust Property, and short drive to Plymouth City Centre.
Local beaches such as Wembury and Bigbury, are a short drive away but there are many more available across Devon and Cornwall which are within easy reach from the motorways.
The bungalow consists of three bedrooms which are off the main hallway. The master bedroom located at the front of the property holds a comfortable king sized bed, with fitted wardrobes.
The second bedroom at the rear of the property has a double bed and is next to the bathroom.
A single bedroom has a desk suitable for working from home if required.
The living room which is separate to the kitchen diner has a balcony. Why not fold back the doors and take in the far reaching views of Dartmoor and the local area.
The kitchen diner is spacious and has comfortable seating for 6 people with access out into the enclosed back garden. The garden is south facing with a large paved area with seating to relax and while away the evenings and also a grassy area for children to play on. If you are lucky enough to book in through the summer months the small flower/vegetable patch will hopefully provide you with a glut of strawberries.
The driveway provides enough parking for up to 3 cars with plenty of secure on street parking available also.
