The house is extremely well equipped. The large kitchen/breakfast room has a range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, sink and fridge/freezer.
The maple floored playroom is spacious and has air conditioning . The large, comfortable living room has a flat screen smart TV for Netflix/Amazon prime , DVD and large DVD library.
