On the ground floor, a well-equipped modern kitchen opens into a cosy sitting room with comfy sofas to sink into and french doors that open into a private, sunny enclosed courtyard garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two double and one single) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
