Large house (145m2) located at the end of a private road (except subdivision) with garden of 1500 m2 lined with meadows with horses, secure private pool, above ground 6x4 surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace. Exceptional location: beach, port, bike path and shops accessible on foot or by bike (10 minutes). No sound of cars than the singing of the talking birds. For sports, romantic or family holidays, go grilling, swim without vis-à-vis, sunbathe, roll in the grass ......
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with beds 140 and one with 2 beds 90 and 2 cots, Italian shower, separate toilet, TV lounge, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ... ) large enclosed veranda of 45 m2, sunny, for dinners, lunches and siesta. Many games for children (kapla, lego, puzzle, books, DVDs, coloring, board games ....)

A 10 minute walk: Beach and Port of Audenge for tasting oysters / white wine and seawater pools with entertainment and children's games. A few minutes, bike path, hiking around the Basin, Canoe Kayak. At 17 km from the ocean beaches, Audenge is located halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
