Our unique loft apartment has a style all it's own. From quirky interiors to the mezzanine bedroom, we hope you enjoy every element of our home.
The apartment has been professionally designed to offer you a comfortable stay with attention to detail around every corner.
The apartment sleeps 3, with a double bed and a queen sized sofa bed. We also are able to offer free designated parking.
Ideal for a couples get away, or a base for a work trip.
The space
Our loft apartment is on the 4th floor of this converted school. The unique design offers a visual delight when you enter, with the large feature window spanning up to a double height ceiling.
Our kitchen is fully equipped, with all the essentials (plates, cutlery, bottle openers and cheese graters!) with the added benefit of a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and electric oven and hob.
The open plan living offers an extra sleeping space with the sofa turning into a queen sized bed, plus a work/dining bench overlooking the kitchen.
Up the stairs, we have the bathroom which has a mixer shower over the bath and the mezzanine bedroom (tall people; watch your head when entering!) which overlooks the living space.
Please note, as the windows are so large, we advise you bring sleeping eye masks as the morning sunshine may wake you up!
Guest access
St Thomas Lofts is a converted Boys School, overlooking Swansea city centre. The playground has been converted into a private car park where you will eb able to use our permit (in the key safe) to park for free in the designated space.
Swansea Marina is a few minutes walk over the road (where the new Arena is), and if you have a bike, you can cycle along the promenade across to the famous fishing village of Mumbles. Enjoy a meal or a night our down Wind Street, or soak up the fresh sea air on a Gower hike or even a dip in the sea. With plenty of award winning beaches to enjoy and castles to explore on Gower, there is something for everyone to enjoy when visiting us.
Access to and from the M4 is excellent as St Thomas is just off Fabian Way, the main road from J42 into Swansea. We are also only a few minutes away from Swansea Stadium (Swansea.com) to enjoy a game of football, rugby or a concert.

The apartment isnt suitable for children. No late noise after 10pm, please respect the other residents
