The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built apartment block, benefitting from dedicated parking and a patio for enjoying some outdoor space. The main living space is open plan and bright, with a lounge area with sofa and Smart TV for relaxing, with french doors leading out to the patio area. There is a dining area with table, and a sleek modern kitchen equipped with cooker and hob, washing machine and fridge/ freezer.
The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe for storage, and the generous family bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead shower. There is Wi-Fi connectivity throughout.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
