In onze straat, de Hugo de Grootstraat, heerst alle rust maar toch ligt het centrum van Leiden op een steenworp afstand. In 2022/2023 is het monumentale pand (uit 1892) volledig gerenoveerd en zijn wij in 2024 gestart met Veldhorst Apartments.
