Summary: The room was very basic. It almost felt like it was in the process of being painted!! We arrived mid afternoon for a rest before going out and the room was freezing. The heating was not turned on till 6 pm and it produce minimal warmth. The shower was powerful when cold but no pressure when turned to hot. There was no hot water, it was barely warm! The one bedside table felt like it was about to fall off the wall and there was no mirror in the bedroom. However, at check in, our young assistant at reception was very willing and keen to help with our queries. The hotel is in an excellent location near to public transport. Could be a whole lot better with just a small amount spent to improve its interior.
