From the house signposted walks take you in all directions including along the the Lochside and through the adjoining Colzium Country Estate where you will find attractions for young and old including the Walled Gardens and a large new Children's Play Area.
The house is situated at the foot of Banton Loch which is part of the Colzium Country Park Estate providing fishing, country walks and children’s outdoor play area on your doorstep. The nearby Forth and Clyde canal network is only a 5 minute cycle and is overlooked by the Antonine Wall, a world heritage site. This beautiful waterway leads East to the impressive Falkirk Wheel and West towards Kirkintilloch. For those planning to head further afield the motorway network is only a 5 minute drive away and provides fast easy access to Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow. A bus stop is 300 mts from the house and Croy Railway Station not too far away on the main Glasgow to Edinburgh line.
The house is newly built to a very high standard and features good insulation, double glazing and downstairs under floor heating.
