Luxuriously furnished holiday home "Meerhuisje" for max. 6 pers. on a small-scale holiday and nature park Domaine Le Boulac. Located in Izier (Durbuy). Beautiful view of (fishing) lake. Swimming pool and tennis in common. Oasis of peace and greenery.

Super cozy furnished house, surface 90 m². Free WIFI. SMART TV 4K ultra HD with internet and apps such as Neflix, Spotify and Deezer (log in with your account) etc on board and fantastic image. Dishwasher, senseo, oven, microwave ... Leather couch. Electric recliner. Built-in stove and Norwegian stove.
Heating: cheap and pleasant heating with a powerful heat pump: 80% less CO2 emissions than gas, heating oil or electricity and heating costs up to 60% less than electric. Works perfectly up to -25 °. If you book in colder periods, I will "pre-heat" the house before your arrival. That way it's nice and warm when you arrive. I also operate the heat pump remotely via 3G and WiFi when you are not there. Once arrived you can easily operate the device via infrared remote control by setting the desired temperature.
Bedrooms: 1 with bunk beds, 1 with twin beds (1 x 180 or 2 x 90 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm). Flat screen and DVD player. Stereo. Bathroom with bath-shower and toilet. 2nd toilet upstairs.
2 terraces with garden furniture with cushions. 2 lounge seats on side terrace. Barbecue.

Shopping Liège or Maastricht (the Netherlands). Thick book in the house for excursions in the area or via our site.
The friendly ladies at the reception answer all your questions in Dutch, French, English and German.

When you arrive at the park they will give you information at the reception. If the reception is closed, pick up keys at the le hibou restaurant or they will have a black plastic container at the reception.
On arrival and departure you take the meter readings of the electricity yourself. At check out you can pay at the reception also for your sheets and possibly towels. Electricity consumption is included in June, July, Aug and Sept.
