This beautiful villa with swimming pool and a spacious garden is ideal for groups and families, but can of course also be booked for smaller groups who love peace and quiet.The villa is located on the edge of the city and immediately gives you a homely feeling upon entering. The very spacious living room has a fireplace for extra comfort. The old details of the house have also been preserved, including the high ceilings and fitted wardrobes.
The villa is 600 meters from the lively center of Helmond with nice shops and terraces for a snack and a drink. Helmond has a network of nice cycling routes, but also a golf course, various museums, a castle and woods to walk in. Various attractions such as De Efteling, Beekse Bergen, Toverland and Dierenrijk Europa are easily accessible by car.
The terrace has 2 BBQs (gas and coal) and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the outdoors.
The pool is free to all guests and is heated from May 1 to September 15.
There are enough bedrooms for the necessary privacy. The location is not suitable for (single/student) parties.
