The village of Paesens-Moddergat, an authentic twin village with much fishing history, is located right on the UNESCO World Heritage Site The Wadden Sea. Behind the Wadden Sea dike you can walk beautifully, up to a kilometer into the Wadden without getting your feet wet. The Wadloopcentrum is around the corner. At the end of 2020, this house was completely rebuilt and equipped with all modern and luxurious features. During the renovation the characteristic elements of the house have been preserved and nothing has been changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comforts of today. The house is very sustainable and has its own electric charging point for your car (at local rates).
