On the ground floor is the living room with spacious open-plan kitchen with high ceilings and lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will also find 2 bedrooms with 2 single box spring beds on the ground floor and a luxurious bathroom with bath and hand shower and a separate shower. There is a separate toilet and a storage room in the hallway. Upstairs is the other bedroom with 2 box-spring beds for 1 person, a 2nd toilet and additional storage space.
The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maas lakes, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can go sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and swimming. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the Toverland theme park in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round as a large number of attractions are covered.
