Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Whitby, Ellesmere Port. This lovely 3 bed semi is located a stones throw from Cheshire Oaks and offers free off-street parking for two cars.
As you enter the home there is a corridor. This leads to an open plan living/dining area with plenty of seating and smart TV in the living room. On the ground floor there is also a large galley kitchen to the rear with wooden fronts and all amenities you could need during your stay.
As you head upstairs to the first floor there is a shower room with walk in shower. The first bedroom on this floor is light and airy with a King bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom to the front of the house is also spacious with king bed and built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom is a good size, with one single bed.
Via lock box. Guests will have access to the whole house.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
