This apartment is on the third floor with stair access only – there's no lift in the building. Building works are currently being carried out to the exterior of this property. According to council guidelines, audible works are permitted between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with more disruptive demolition or concrete-breaking permitted only between 9am–12pm and 2pm–5.30pm. No audible work is permitted at weekends or on public holidays. The sofa bed sleeps two additional guests but must be requested at the time of booking, with additional charges applied.
