Summary: The check in experience was horrible. The door is hard to find. Once you find it, there is a number you have to call to get the codes to get into the hotel, if you did not get the WhatsApp message. When I placed the criteria for hotels while searching, I selected for breakfast included. Well, no breakfast. The owner said that I needed to deal with Hotels.com for that. Tried contacting Hotels.com. Impossible.
