Positive: I stayed at the hotel for one night and found the experience disappointing, particularly for a property advertised as a four-star establishment. While the lobby was visually impressive, the overall quality did not meet expected standards. The room itself was only average and inconveniently located far from the reception area. Basic amenities were lacking, including the absence of a refrigerator and complimentary bottled water, which are typically expected at this level. Furthermore, I attempted to contact the front desk at midnight to request water, but my call went unanswered. This reflects poorly on the level of service provided. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and requires significant improvement.
