The house is situated on the historic Bradford Street, a 5 minute walk from Braintree town centre. We are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) from the train station, with a direct train into London (1hr journey). Close to Stansted Airport and within easy reach of the M11 & A12.
The space
The property dates back to the 16th Century and offers bundles of character including exposed beams, original fireplaces, and exposed brickwork. The accommodation comprises a spacious living room, leading down to a dining room and snug both featuring exposed brickwork floors and fireplaces, contemporary kitchen with a vaulted ceiling overlooking the garden. There are three double bedrooms, one of which are en-suite and a separate family bathroom.
