Op onze recent gebouwde woonark, in een rustig en groen gebied van Amsterdam Noord, zal je met veel plezier verblijven tussen de eendjes, zwanen en voorbijgaande bootjes! Met het openbaar vervoer zijn we makkelijk te bereiken. De NDSM pont, die je van en naar Amsterdam Centraal station brengt, is op 7 minuten fietsafstand van ons vandaan.
Je boekt twee tweepersoonskamers met ruimte om je kleding op te bergen en een bureau met comfortabele stoelen, een schone badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Ook is er een kitchenette aanwezig die voorzien is van een inductieplaat, magnetron, koelkast, waterkoker, eierkoker, broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar de keuken biedt de benodigdheden om dit te maken. De keuken is niet geschikt om volledige maaltijden te bereiden.
De ingang van de woonark kan worden bereikt via een trap (5 treden) en deel je met de verhuurder. Achter de voordeur vind je een deur die je brengt in jouw verblijf.
De verhuurder woont met het gezin in het overige deel van de woonark. De faciliteiten hoeven echter niet gedeeld te worden.
Er is geen woonkamer aanwezig.
Alle parkeerplaatsen in de straat zijn gratis.
De Amsterdamse rondweg A10 ligt op slechts 3 minuten afstand.
De NDSM pont die je van en naar Amsterdam Centraal station brengt, ligt op slechts 7 minuten fietsafstand.

Schiphol airport is in 20 minuten te bereiken.
De woonark is niet geschikt voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit.
