On the first floor you have one twin bedroom with en-suite and to the second floor, two en-suite double bedrooms, both with kingsize beds. It is located 3½ miles east of Oxted and 6 miles west of Sevenoaks, adjacent to the Kent border with both Greater London and Surrey.
