An elegant apartment with its own front door in the heart of fashionable Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. Quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre.
Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, one a glamorous four poster king size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom either as 2 single or a king size bed with an en suite shower room. The sitting room, which overlooks a leafy patio garden, has a dining table, TV and antique fireplace. There is a separate loo which is convenient for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer.
A minute away is the fabulous private Dean Gardens , a 7 acre park and woodlands, so pretty all year round. A key is provided on request. The Water of Leith walkway is across from the flat with a riverside walk all the way down to the Port of Leith or up to the Galleries of Modern Art.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am but if I can be flexible with this I will certainly try especially with luggage drop off and collection. Please just ask.
There is pay parking on the street and free from 5.30pm-8.30am weekdays and on weekends or there is free parking about 10/15mins walk away on East Fettes Avenue.
