There's access to four acres of communal gardens and two allocated parking spaces. Ideally placed to explore the area on foot, it's just a short walk to the village shop and pub. Stroll a little further to reach the quay, the riverside inn and café, as well as river rides and ferries to Dartmouth.
Accommodation:
The front door opens into the super, bright, open-plan living area, with high roof trusses and exposed beams maintaining its barn origins. The lounge area - with sofas, TV, and DVD - is located at the near end of the room and makes the most of the views from the front windows. The well-equipped kitchen area is at the rear of the room with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, washer-dryer, and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats four people.
Downstairs are the two well-sized double bedrooms, both with 4'6” beds, pine furniture, and built-in wardrobes. On the same floor, there is the family bathroom which has a bath with an overhead shower and WC. There is an additional cloakroom on the ground floor with a WC.

At the front door, there is a small decked area with views of Dittisham Mill Creek, as well as access to the car parking and four acres of communal grounds, including an orchard and various viewpoints over the village. Steps lead down from the deck to a small paved area ideal for storing bikes or kayaks. Guests are welcome to exercise dogs on the grounds however we ask they are kept on leads.

Blackpool Sands is the closest beach - a 10-minute drive away.
