Located within walking distance to the beautiful Cardiff Bay and mermaid quay with an array of restaurants and bars- perfect if you are visiting to go to the theatre.
The house is also walking distance to the Principality Stadium, Cardiff International Arena and the City Centre.
This place is perfect if you need to be somewhere central.
There is space on the drive for two cars, 3 at a squeeze. You can walk to Cardiff Train station and there is a good bus network nearby.
You are also a 7 minute walk from a Co-Op.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure that our property is looked after when it is vacant, we do have a security camera at the front of the property which is located to the left of the front door. Please note there is no CCTV anywhere inside the property.
As stated this house is strictly not for parties and although we do not want to spoil your fun, it is important for us to mention that if more people arrive at the property than expected, they will be charged an extra person fee or respectfully and politely asked to leave.
We may require a refundable security deposit.
