This light and airy modern family home is perfect balance of easy access to central London and great amenities in the local area. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors to feel like your home from home in a friendly and green part of London.
This is our family home, but while you're here it's your family home.
The ground floor:
Open plan living and dining area (with folding doors). There is a large sofa bed which folds out into a full double bed with proper mattress which is as comfortable as a bed, unlike normal sofabeds. There's plenty of books and freeview/on demand/pay per view TV to keep you entertained as well as WiFi and Sonos speakers in each room. The dining table is large and comfortably seats 6 people, but we have chairs that can be added to seat 8 without being squashed. The kitchen is modern with washer, dryer, there is also a downstairs toilet. The living space has double doors opening on to a sunny garden with barbecue available.
Bedroom 1:
A king size bed with storage space for your clothes. There is a TV with Chromecast.
Bedroom 2:
This room can be made up as a king or twins. There is a dressing table and clothes storage.
Bedroom 3:
The 4' double bed in this room is not for the faint hearted! The bed is a ceiling height loft bed in the roof space accessed by a long ladder. This room also has storage space for your clothes.
Bathroom:
The family bathroom with toilet (with hand bidet), basin and bath and a separate rainfall shower..
Downstairs Toilet:
There is a downstairs toilet with Japanese toilet settings.
Garden:
We have a small garden with lawn and decking.
