Colliery House is a mid-terrace three-bedroom house in a quiet Silverdale neighbourhood. It is a former coal-mining town west of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Once you enter the house, a simple six-seater dining set will be the first amenity to welcome you. The dining area has a minimalist set-up and a spacious room to enjoy your meals.
The next room is the living area. It is perfect for relaxing movie nights with your family, friends or colleagues. A click-clack sofa bed, spacious enough for two people to sleep. Two armchairs are available for extra seating. What can complete a living room without a Smart TV with a Freeview and free online streaming connected to fast wireless internet?
Of course, a self-catering stay wouldn't be complete without your fully equipped kitchen. It has all you need to prepare your family's favourite meal with our electric oven and hob, from pots and pans to crockeries and cutleries.
The family bathroom is found downstairs after the kitchen. It has a shower over the bath, toilet and sink. Complete with shampoo, soap and shower gel.
As you go upstairs, you can find bedroom one to your left, which has a zip and link bed that can be arranged as doubles or two singles. Bedroom two is the opposite room which is a double bed. Bedroom three is a spacious single bedroom.
The rare area of the property has enough space to have fresh air or smoke, as there are smoke ashtrays on the wall. Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
