Summary: Like all CitizenM, the lobby was fabulous and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Lovely 24 hour bar and restaurant- dinner food was simple but good. Breakfast and coffee (espresso drinks too!) are delicious. The room was not great- it had a weird smell and looked like it could use a good refresh. In the hotel's defense, I didn't ask for a room change bc I was too tired to make the move so Im not sure how they would have handled it.
