Wangford is just 3 miles from the coastal town of Southwoldand can be easily reached using the regular bus service that runs from the village with its award winning pier, iconic lighthouse and sandy beach. Visit the coast at Dunwich and the nearby market town of Halesworth.

Kitchen: integrated electric oven, four ring induction hob, extractor fan, fridge and three drawer freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Dining Room: dining table and seating (original church pews and antique chairs. Sitting Room: plantation shutters. Large sofa and footstool and wood burning stove. Family Room: second sitting room which has been set up for children- large sofa and TV and DVD player Shower Room: WC, hand basin, towel rail and large shower cubicle.
First floor: Master Bedroom: low king sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging rail with shelf above, ottoman and occasional chair. Bedroom 2: double wrought iron bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: twin beds, bedside table, lamp and a bookcase. Bathroom: bath with electric shower over, WC, hand basin, plantation shutters.
Entertainment: wall mounted Smart TV For families: second childrens’ sitting room with TV and DVD player. Outside: paved garden, garden furniture, barbeque and a shed for storage. Parking: available in Church Street in front of the cottage. General: Wifi. Bed linen, towels. Woodburning stove. No smoking. Pets: One small dog allowed but not upstairs or on furniture please. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Notes: the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
