Situated in a serene bit of countryside, there are plenty of magnificent walks and bike rides through the fells and forests, and Whinlatter Forest Park has an exciting Go Ape Adventure Course, whilst for a more peaceful day you can venture through Borrowdale, ideal for a peaceful picnic along the lake shore. Experience the hustle and bustle of Keswick and enjoy a variety of attractions, including Keswick Market where you can source some local crafts and goods, or visit the Keswick Museum & Art Gallery, home to the original manuscripts from the Lake Poets.
